-          Male or Female, Thai Nationality only

-          Associate’s degree or higher  in Construction Technology, Building Science or related field and related experience in building construction in capacity such as clerk of the works or project manager

-          Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, building codes and other material pertinent to construction

-          Working knowledge of building components and systems, construction materials, means and methods

-          Excellent written and oral communication skills and establish and maintain professional working relationships

-         Responsibility, positive mentality and attitude

-         Able to work 6 days per week and able to work at Tri Trang Beach, Patong
