รายละเอียดงาน
1. Maintain assigned SAP systems by ensuring that all relevant master files changes for system tables, material master data are appropriate, authorized and documented for Halyard entities (TH, AU, SG and IN).2. Provide on-going user support and training for the SAP systems to ensure that the operating system is being effectively utilized by users.3. Required to coordinate the activities of key users, consultants, local ITS resources and TSA resources during business system projects.4. Evaluate, recommend and implement approved system changes for the systems in SAP whilst ensuring that all system changes are fully documented, tested and authorized prior to release in the production system.5. Coordinate the business requirement of APHC entities with TSA and regional system administrator/OA to ensure the changes has been tested and approved before implement in the production system.6. Develop reporting to support local requirement using tools such as Query and report quick viewer that do not require system configuration changes or the use of ABAP’s.7. Communicate fully with superiors and others who need to know. Be informative without being obtrusive and vexatious. Communicate in a way that is prompt, complete, concise, being both candid and accurate.8. To perform any other function or assignments as instructed by Superiors.
