• Overseeing  and enforce EH&S Policies.
• start up of new process systems and equipment of dewatering section.
• Insuring high productivity of Filter press, Dryers and tube Press.
• Insure high thermal efficiency of Dryers.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly production reports, plus KPI data.
• Providing all  maintenance  Work Orders to define the requested support aiming at maximum availability of all machine at full performance.
• Training and coaching of his/her Team to achieve productivity and specific energy cost defined on Budget.
• Reporting of  operation related costs.
• Capex and Budget support for operation related costs .

·   5+ years of 3 shifts production management and supervisory experience is required.

·   B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical or other engineering discipline preferred.

·    Filter press , band dryer and burner knowledge would be a plus.

·    Experience implementation with programmable controllers and / or online sensors would be a plus.

·    Self-starter and work effectively within a team environment.

·    Computer literate with good numerical and analytical skills.

·    Hydraulic and pump knowledge.
