Scope of Position (ขอบข่ายของตำแหน่ง):
Handle account payable (PO and Non_PO) and Employee
Reimbursement Claim for HY Australia and HY FarEast.
Main Duties (หน้าที่หลัก):
1. Verify the payment and Employee Reimbursement Claim
2. Verify cash advance, advance clearing, assign codes and reclassify account
3. Proceed the payment run and check document with payment run
4. Prepare and review GR Revaluation for month end for support ATR team
5. Prepare and review Account Payable for month end for support ATR team
6. Prepare reconciliation for Account Payable related account.
7. Performs such other duties as may be related or assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
Minimum Education and or /Qualification (คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ):
Bachelor Degree in accounting
Experience (ประสบการณ์):3 years related experience in accounting
Skills (ทักษะ):
1. Well organized and able to perform large amounts of numerical detail work with speed and accuracy
2. Account payable experience is advantage
3. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
