HR MANAGER (Food Manufacturing)

รายละเอียดงาน

• Organizing, directing all Human Resources activities to support the company's overall business strategy.
• Manage and handle HRM functions including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, employment, performance management etc.
• Develop recruitment channel, implement and update procedures to recruit, interview and select candidates.
• Managing all payroll activity and conducting welfare, benefits and salary reviews.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• Thai nationality, age over 30 years old.
• Bachelor degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Political or related field.
• At least 7 years in HR roles and responsibilities, at least 3 years in management level (Food Manufacturing experience preferred)
• Pleasant personality with strong analytical, communication skills and multitasking abilities is required.
• Labor Law knowledge would be an advantage.
• Good command in English and computer literacy.
