Quality Assurance

-  Review all the quality assurance and laboratory testing data’s

-  Make sure all the in-coming goods have specification and it meets the spec.

-  Make sure all the outgoing goods meets the customer requirements

-  Co-ordinate all the activities of NC of process, supplier and customers.

-  Laboratory testing activities both internal and external

QMR

-  Ensure Thaimed Management System is adequately established, effectively implemented and

    maintained.

-  Liasion with the relevant department and encourage awareness of operation in line with the 

   frame work of the Thaimed Management System in order for efficiency and effectiveness

-  Center communication for committee.

-  Ensure the system is continually improved

-  Ensure all documents related to Thaimed Management System is appropriately controlled

-  Plan, intiate and monitor internal audit

-  Serve as communication channel for all Thaimed Management System relate issues with   

   external parties

-  Initiate the improvement activity related to products, customer satisfaction, processes and    

   system.

-  Promote and support the awareness of customer requirement through out the company

-  Management review meeting report to status, weak point, strong point of system for corrective

   and preventive action then report the thaimed Management System performance

-  Control personnel recruitment to ensure fulfillment of requirements ofall requested functions

-  Establish training and other appropriate activities to ensure competence of personnel worked 

   effecting quality, including evaluation of such activities

-  Establish annual performance appraisals

1. อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป
2. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี
3. มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
4. มีภาวะการเป็นผู้นำที่ดี
