-Deal with the activities at the Front Office.
-Tracing each step of the guest service cycle from initial reservations to the final check-out contact.
-Ensure all Front Office operation runs according to standard operation procedure and guest received the highest satisfaction through service provided.
-Reviews daily comment / logbook and special guest request to ensure they are handled accordingly.
-Thai Nationality only

-Good Command in English Communication
-Basic Computer Knowledge.
-At least 1-2 year of working experience in same position in hotel business.
