· To enhance sale volume, revenue, profit, DSO and target market share by leading the selling of for all product under PG&P business sales forces in Southern area.
· To promote and develop growth, retain accounts and pursuing new business especially offshore, oil & gas section business through the southern, and also introduce new and exiting product to new customer.
· To deliver added value to customers through account management process such as PSO (product service offer) and also TIG’s side incumbent will manage supply chain, improve cost, market intelligence, creating a new barrier to TIG’s competitors.
· Strong technical knowledge & skill in Quality and Safety.
· Understand customer business
· Proven commercial acumen
· Written & verbal communication skills
· Understanding of modern business systems
· SAP skills desirable
· LINDE product knowledge desirable.
· Welding/ Engineering Background
· Safety and Quality or similar qualification
· 4 years of sales experience is preferable
· Safety and Quality or similar qualification
