· Reporting to the General Manager and supervising the Human Resources and Training departments
· Interacting with HR stakeholder and owning company.
· Managing the HR department, ensuring compliance with all hotel and brand policies and procedures; and local and governmental regulations pertaining to employment practices.
· Developing and implementing selecting and screening systems and procedures in order to attract the most qualified candidates.
· Selecting of employee following standards, policies and procedures; assisting them in the coaching, training, development and evaluation of their ambassadors
· Preparing and submitting periodic reports for management use in accordance with hotel, brand and government requirements such as turnover reports, personnel inventories, accident and other reports
· A university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
· Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of HR, or HR Manager.
· Previous experience in hotel industry is a must.
