• Major responsibility on HVAC installation system
• Coordinate with owner, subcontractor and our existing staff to running contracting business.
• Special program or software use in HVAC installation system. They must be expert to following those program
• Expert on project Management and cost control. They have to work with TRANE existing staff to continue contracting business.
• Incharge of all TRANE Large contracting project business. Site management

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical industrial or Equal/ Electrical Engineering or any related field
• 2-5 years of experience in Air conditioning business, Contracting field
• Specialist in Air conditioning background, HVAC System , Installation are preferable
• Good command of English communication
• Good personality and communication
• Active personality with the analytical mind, positive thinking, pleasant personality, teamwork, service minded ,continuous self- improvement and effective in time management
• Excellent in computer (MS-Office, presentation & spreadsheet software , Auto cad) and presentation skill are required
• Possess a car with valid license & willing travel
